Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Agent", or "Subscriber") and iPro Dezign Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore, governing your access to and use of the PropLaunch platform, accessible at proplaunch.sg and related subdomains ("Platform").

By registering for an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PropLaunch is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for licensed Singapore real estate agents. The Platform provides:

• Property listing landing page creation and hosting
• Lead capture forms and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
• AI-generated marketing copy for Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertisements
• AI-generated video scripts for property marketing
• Analytics and performance dashboards
• QR code generation and social sharing tools
• PDPA-compliant inquiry form templates

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use PropLaunch, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) licence or be acting on behalf of a CEA-licensed agency
• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name, email, and CEA licence number
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to verify your CEA licence and to refuse or terminate service if inaccurate information is provided.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial that includes access to 1 project and the full feature set of the Platform. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to published features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Trial accounts may not be used for commercial lead generation at scale. We reserve the right to limit or terminate trial accounts that appear to be used abusively or in bad faith.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

PropLaunch offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment and do not renew.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

5.4 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of renewal if requested in writing. Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. Trial accounts are free and therefore not subject to refund. All refund requests must be submitted tobilling@proplaunch.sg.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Project Limits

Each subscription plan includes a set number of active project landing pages. Limits are enforced at the account level. If you reach your plan limit, you must upgrade your subscription to create additional projects. Existing projects and leads are preserved if you downgrade, but you will be unable to publish new projects until within your plan limit.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PropLaunch only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to market unlicensed properties or engage in fraudulent real estate activities
• Create false, misleading, or inaccurate property listings
• Collect personal data from leads without proper PDPA consent
• Use AI-generated content that is materially false or misleading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Violate any applicable Singapore law, CEA regulation, or industry code of conduct
• Share your account credentials with third parties not authorised under your plan

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Content and Data Ownership

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on PropLaunch, including project information, images, and lead data. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

Ad copy and video scripts generated by the Platform's AI tools are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and complying with all applicable regulations before publishing or using AI-generated content in advertising. We make no warranty that AI-generated content will be accurate, compliant, or fit for any specific purpose.

8.3 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property in the PropLaunch platform — including software, design, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms — remains the exclusive property of iPro Dezign Pte Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

9. PDPA Compliance Obligations

When using PropLaunch to collect personal data from property enquiries, you act as an independent data controller under the Singapore PDPA. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• All leads have provided valid, informed PDPA consent before their data is collected
• Lead data is used only for the purposes disclosed at collection
• You honour all data access, correction, and withdrawal requests from leads
• You do not retain lead data longer than necessary
• You maintain appropriate security measures for lead data in your possession

iPro Dezign Pte Ltd is not liable for your PDPA non-compliance in your use of lead data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PropLaunch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

We make no representation that use of the Platform will result in increased leads, sales, or commissions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, iPro Dezign Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Cancellation and Termination

12.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your dashboard or by contactingbilling@proplaunch.sg. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by law. We will endeavour to provide prior notice where reasonably practicable.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases and your landing pages will be taken offline. You may export your lead data within 90 days of termination before it is deleted from our systems.

13. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
