This Privacy Policy describes how iPro Dezign Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of PropLaunch (accessible at proplaunch.sg and related subdomains), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By accessing or using PropLaunch, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

3. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following categories:

3.1 Agent Account Data

When you register for PropLaunch, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Phone number and WhatsApp number
• CEA licence number and agency name
• Profile photo and agency logo (if uploaded)
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3.2 Project Data

Data you enter when creating property listings, including project names, addresses, pricing, and images.

3.3 Lead Data (Collected on Behalf of Agents)

When visitors submit enquiry forms on agent landing pages, we collect on your behalf: their name, email, phone number, budget range, unit type interest, timeframe, and PDPA consent status. Agents are responsible for the lawful use of this lead data.

3.4 Usage and Analytics Data

We collect page view counts, feature usage patterns, browser type, and device information for platform improvement purposes.

4. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: Providing the PropLaunch platform, landing page hosting, lead management, and AI features
• Account management: Creating and maintaining your agent account and subscription
• Billing and payments: Processing subscription fees via Stripe
• Customer support: Responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Platform improvement: Analysing usage patterns to improve features and performance
• Legal compliance: Complying with applicable Singapore laws and regulations
• Marketing communications: Sending product updates and promotional emails (you may opt out at any time)

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• Anthropic: For AI-powered ad copy and video script generation (subject to Anthropic's data policies; no personal lead data is sent to Anthropic)
• Cloud infrastructure providers: For secure data storage and platform hosting
• Legal authorities: Where required by Singapore law, court order, or regulatory requirement

All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon account closure, we retain data for a minimum of 3 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements, after which data is securely deleted. Lead data associated with your account is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon written request.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. Payment card data is never stored on our systems — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to use strong passwords and report any suspected unauthorised access to security@proplaunch.sg.

8. Your Rights Under the PDPA

As a data subject under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent to use your data for non-essential purposes (note: this may affect your ability to use certain features)
• Data portability: Request your lead data in a portable format (CSV export)
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

9. Cookies and Tracking

PropLaunch uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and platform functionality. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.

10. Agent Responsibilities for Lead Data

When you use PropLaunch to collect leads from property enquiry forms, you act as the data controller for those leads. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all lead enquiry forms include appropriate PDPA consent language (PropLaunch provides this by default)
• Using lead data only for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection
• Handling lead data in accordance with the PDPA and any other applicable laws
• Honouring any withdrawal of consent by leads

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of PropLaunch after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
